Ljubljana has been at
the junction of three cultures and has managed to preserve the
best qualities of each: Latin, Slavic and Austro-Hungarian. Unlike the Premium
IP cluster,
which has adopted the *worst* qualities of each of the three projects: the
inflexibility of
AQUILA; the disorganisation of
CADENUS; and the arrogance of TEQUILA.
